What exists or what state is it in?

A non-dynamic situation: being somewhere, existing, having a property, remaining in a condition, or being linked to a description.

Look for 'is/are', 'there is', or a description that behaves like a predicate.

Present-tense states usually have no overt “be”; past and future use forms such as كان or سيكون.

Learners may insert an unnecessary equivalent of “is” or omit আছে where existence is needed.
