English embeds thoughts, reports, questions, and relative information inside larger sentences.
I know that she is right.

Embedded clauses are common and often use que, relative pronouns, and sometimes subjunctive mood.
Quiero que vengas. El libro que compré.
I want you to come. The book that I bought.
Learners often omit que or miss subjunctive triggers in embedded clauses.
