How do I permanently delete my account and personal data?

Learn how to request complete account deletion and understand what happens to your personal learning data.

You have the full right to delete your account and personal data at any time under GDPR and our data protection policy.

To request permanent account deletion, you can either:

Open a ticket at our Support Desk with the subject "Delete Account Request", or
Send an email directly from your registered email address to privacy@vocafy.net.

Personal Identity: Your email address, profile, avatar, passwords, and security tokens are permanently deleted from our primary databases.
Learning Data & Word Banks: All personal saved words, practice history, custom sets, chat conversations, and audio settings are purged.
Backup Retention: Residual data in encrypted server backups is completely overwritten on our standard rolling cycle (within 30 to 90 days).
