She speaks clearly.
clearly = manner

Manner is expressed with -mente adverbs or adverbial phrases such as con cuidado.
Habla lentamente. Lo hizo con cuidado.
He/she speaks slowly. He/she did it carefully.
Learners may overuse -mente where Spanish prefers a phrase or a different construction.
