If you no longer wish to use Vocafy, you can permanently delete your account. Please be aware that this action cannot be undone. Once deleted, all your learning progress, saved vocabulary, and personal data will be completely erased from our system.
How to delete your account
- Click on your profile avatar in the top right corner and select Settings.
- Navigate to the Security tab and scroll down to the bottom.
- Click the Delete Account button.
- You will be asked to confirm this action. Follow the prompt to finalize the deletion.
What happens next?
Your account will be immediately queued for deletion. You will be logged out, and you will not be able to log back in using the same credentials to recover your progress.
If you have an active premium subscription, please make sure you cancel it through your payment provider (like the Apple App Store or Google Play) before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
