While reading articles, news stories, or blogs in your target language, the Vocafy extension lets you look up and save new vocabulary without leaving the page.

How to capture vocabulary on a webpage

  1. Highlight text: Select any word, idiom, or full sentence on the page.
  2. View instant translation: A Vocafy popup appears right next to your selection, displaying the translation, part of speech, and audio pronunciation.
  3. Save with context: Click Save to Word Bank (or choose a specific vocabulary set).

What information is saved

Vocafy automatically captures:

  • The target word and its matching meaning.
  • The surrounding sentence context so you remember how the word was used.
  • The source webpage URL and article title for your reference.

All captured words immediately enter your Daily Practice review cycle so you never forget what you discovered online.
