Account verification emails are usually delivered within a few seconds. If you haven't received yours after a few minutes, follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Check your Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders

Aggressive spam filters occasionally misroute automated emails. Check your Spam / Junk folder, as well as the Promotions or Updates tabs in Gmail and other email providers.

2. Search for Vocafy emails

Use your email client's search bar to search for emails from @vocafy.com or noreply@vocafy.com with the subject "Verify your email" or "Your verification link".

3. Request a new confirmation email

Go to the Sign In page, enter your registered email and password, and click the Resend verification email button on the notice banner.

4. Verify for typos in your email address

If you accidentally made a typo during sign-up (e.g. .con instead of .com), the email will not arrive. Try signing up again with the correct email address.

5. Add Vocafy to your safe senders list

If your email provider uses corporate or strict firewall filters, adding noreply@vocafy.com to your contacts or whitelist ensures future password reset and reminder emails arrive reliably.
