If you cannot remember your password, you can easily set a new one using your email address. Here is exactly how to do it:

  1. On the login screen, click the Forgot Password? link under the password field.
  2. Enter the email address you used to register and submit the form.
  3. Check your email inbox. You will receive an automated security email from Vocafy with the subject "Reset your password".

Using the Reset Email

Inside the email, you have two options to reset your password:

  • The 6-digit Code: You will see a large, 6-digit numeric code (e.g., 123456). You can type this code directly into the boxes on the Vocafy screen you left open.
  • The Reset Button: Alternatively, you can click the black Reset password button in the email, which will take you directly to the new password screen.

Note: For your security, both the code and the link will expire shortly after they are sent. If they expire, you will need to request a new one.

Choosing a Strong Password

When entering your new password, our strength indicator will guide you. We recommend using a passphrase (a short sentence or a few words strung together) rather than a complex mix of special characters. A long, memorable sentence is much stronger and easier to type!
