Your turn

¿Qué significa pick up en esta frase?

The shuttle will pick up the guests at the airport.

La idea central

pick up + sustantivo · pick + sustantivo + up (pick up the guests, pick the guests up)
pick + it / them + up (pick them up)

Hi team, a few things for tomorrow.
Hola, equipo, unas cosas para mañana.
The Lee family checks in at three.
Please set up the extra bed in their room before then.
The shuttle will pick them up at the airport at one.
We're running out of towels in the laundry room.
Can someone find out when the new ones arrive?
¿Alguien puede averiguar cuándo llegan las nuevas?
We had to put off the window repair until Friday.
If guests ask about the Wi-Fi, we're looking into it.
Please ask new guests to fill out the form.
Remember, guests check out by eleven.
Thanks! Maria
¡Gracias! Maria

I'd like to check in.
Quisiera registrarme.

¿Dónde van it y them?

Can you pick up the guests?
¿Puedes recoger a los huéspedes?
Can you pick the guests up?
¿Puedes recoger a los huéspedes?
Can you pick up them? Incorrect
Can you pick them up?
¿Puedes recogerlos?
Please fill out it. Incorrect
Please fill it out.
Por favor, llénelo.

Run out of y look into no se separan: We're looking into it.
