CorrectNot quiteCheck the capital letters.Check the accents.
Can I
petición
exchange
cambiar
this
esto
for a large?
por una talla L
I'd like to return + this / these shoes
Can I exchange it for + a large / a different color?
It's + too small / too big / damaged · It doesn't fit.
Carla:Hi, I'd like to return this jacket.
Hola, quisiera devolver esta chaqueta.
Vendedor:Sure. What's wrong with it?
Claro. ¿Qué problema tiene?
Carla:It's too small. Can I exchange it for a large?
Me queda chica. ¿La puedo cambiar por una talla L?
Vendedor:Of course. Do you have the receipt?
Por supuesto. ¿Tiene el ticket de compra?
Carla:Yes, here it is.
Sí, aquí está.
Vendedor:Great. Here's a large.
Perfecto.
I'd like to exchange this jacket.
Quisiera cambiar esta chaqueta.
Do you have this in a large?
Carla:These shoes are damaged. The heel is broken.
Estos zapatos están dañados. Se rompió el tacón.
Vendedor:I'm sorry. Would you like a refund or an exchange?
Carla:A refund, please.
Que me devuelvan el dinero, por favor.
Vendedor:How did you pay?
¿Cómo pagó?
Carla:By card.
Con tarjeta.
Vendedor:OK. The money will go back to your card.
(o With my card.), y «en efectivo», In cash. o simplemente Cash.
Si no tienes el ticket
Vendedor:Do you have the receipt?
¿Tiene el ticket?
Carla:No, sorry. It was a gift.
No, lo siento. Fue un regalo.
Vendedor:That's OK. I can give you store credit.
Carla:OK, that's fine.
Bueno, está bien.
